Lead Coach
Dale brings over 20 years of goalkeeping experience to Pinnacle Performance Goalkeeping Academy, having played at East of Scotland level and currently representing Lochore Welfare. His coaching focuses on hard work, strong fundamentals and especially footwork, which he believes is key to making saves. Dale aims to help goalkeepers work hard, enjoy the position and reach their potential.

DYLAN HUTCHISON
Coach
Dylan joined Pinnacle Performance Goalkeeping Academy in summer 2025 and is passionate about helping goalkeepers develop their technical ability, confidence and understanding of the position. He encourages goalkeepers to challenge themselves, believe in their own abilities and enjoy their development journey.

JACK FOSTER
Coach
Jack joined Pinnacle Performance Goalkeeping Academy in June 2025 and is one of the academy’s Lead Coaches. His playing experience, including two years on a football scholarship in Kansas, Missouri, USA, has helped shape his approach to coaching and player development. Jack has a particular focus on footwork, movement and strength and conditioning, helping goalkeepers become more confident, athletic and effective in match situations.

Coach
Having joined Pinnacle Performance Goalkeeping Academy in 2025, Riley is passionate about developing young and enthusiastic goalkeepers. With experience across academy and grassroots football, alongside currently playing in the East of Scotland Football League, he focuses on developing strong fundamentals, building confidence and helping goalkeepers develop a genuine love for the position.
